Authorized services are performed at the discretion of Omnia Aetheris, subject to property owner approval, and include:

• Ground maintenance and spatial wellness development

• Wholistic gardening and cool-season crop management

• Wildcrafting, foraging, and harvest processing

• Site development planning and cartography

• Small-scale DIY mycology and mushroom cultivation

• Urban homesteading guidance and species identification

To facilitate the continuous delivery of services, the subscription package includes the following baseline operational provisions on-site:

• Authorization for the Agent to maintain a temporary campsite in the designated yard space, inclusive of standard electrical access (extension cord connection).

• Designated indoor shelter space for the Agent’s animal companion during service hours and periods of inclement weather.

• Regular access to main house facilities for personal hygiene (minimum of once per week).

Both Valhalla Tara and Omnia Aetheris retain the full authority to terminate this subscription at any time, for any reason, without mandatory explanation.

• Client Cancellation: In the event the Property Owners cancel the subscription, a minimum of one week’s notice is requested if the Agent is expected to vacate the habitation space.

• Omnia Cancellation: If Omnia Aetheris initiates the cancellation, the Agent will fulfill all pre-paid service hours, execute an orderly transition, and ensure the space is left improved and free of debris. The Agent will completely vacate the property within seven days of final termination.
