Phase 3: Scaling up by acquiring land and developing properties will allow this company to better serve humanity and the world by creating fulfilling jobs and eco-friendly housing via apartments, cottages, and tiny-home villages; farms, orchards, and protected forests; public marketplaces, sustainability & wellness campuses, parks and community spaces, research centers, and more.

Phase 4: A new reality is created via our communities leading the world by example. Our larger properties function as healthy, independent, and self-sufficient localities wherein residents, visitors, and employees effectively live in a state of collective harmony that evokes a sense of Heaven on Earth. Should problems arise, our community works together to discern which solutions will best preserve mutual respect, understanding, and collective growth and well-being. This will inspire other property developers, urban planners, and societal leaders to follow suit or get left behind as we march forward into the greatest timelines.
